Dr. Stefan Bulfon – Chiropractor, Clinic Director
Dr. Bulfon holds a four-year doctorate degree in chiropractic medicine from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and is a graduate of the McMaster University Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program. Prior to these studies, he completed an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology at the University of Western Ontario and is an alumnus of St. Michael's College high school. Stefan also holds a certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
With over ten years of experience, Dr. Bulfon has treated and assisted people with countless ailments. He utilizes and combines various techniques including Contemporary Medical Acupuncture, soft tissue therapy, joint manipulation/mobilization and functional rehabilitation to treat sports and everyday wear-and-tear injuries. He has cared for a wide variety of individuals from professional athletes to weekend warriors. This background has provided him with the skill set to approach and administer effective treatment for varying conditions including minor musculoskeletal complaints such as sprains and strains, to headaches, to more serious issues including major low back pain, biomechanical dysfunctions, postural dysfunctions and athletic injuries. He strongly believes in assessing and diagnosing each condition through both standard orthopaedic and functional testing in order to determine the true root of problem and not simply treat the symptoms.
Kulwinder Saggi – Physiotherapist
Kulwinder graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2010 and practiced as an RMT for 10 years. Kulwinder has dedicated him-self within academia and pursued a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in health studies at York University in 2015. Following that, he completed his Master of Science in Physiotherapy in 2018.
Kulwinder now dedicates his practice as a physiotherapist, whilst retaining up to date knowledge and expertise in both fields. He highly focuses on patient assessments to gain a clinical impression that helps inform the best possible treatment for his patients. Kulwinder takes a patient-centred and evidence-based approach in his treatments, which means tailored care plans to address individual needs and treatment goals. He incorporates a wide range of advanced techniques to help reduce pain, impairment and dysfunction. In his leisure time, Kulwinder enjoys outdoor activities, travelling and sports
Prince Kumar Chopra – Physiotherapist
Prince graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree majoring in biology and psychology in 2011. After sustaining a knee injury and an interest in sports Prince decided to pursue a degree in physiotherapy which took him to London, England.
Prince earned his Physiotherapy degree from St George’s University of London. Prince has experience working with a wide spectrum of clients, including Orthopedic, Musculoskeletal, Neurological, Community, Cystic Fibrosis, adult, and geriatric patients.
Prince worked as a Physiotherapist at King George Hospital, in London, England before coming back to Canada. After attaining his license in Canada Prince worked in a private practice clinic where clients receive homecare physiotherapy. Prince also has multiple years of experience working with clients that have acquired brain injuries and other neurological conditions. Prince is a practicing member of the Collage of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
Genna Comisso – RMT
After graduating the Massage Therapy program at Humber College, Genna received her certificate of registration as a Registered Massage Therapist. Always intrigued by science's and general wellness, Genna always sought ways to implement a healthy growing and aging body. Having studied evidence informed methods, reading research, and a passion to help others, therapist and patients work toward the best possible outcome: progress.
Tania Serafino – RMT
Tania Serafino is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from Sutherland- Chan school of Massage Therapy. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Kinesiology with honours from the University of Guelph Humber and a diploma in Health and Fitness Promotion from Humber College. She is currently an instructor at Sutherland- Chan where she teaches theoretical and practical classes to future RMTs. In addition to teaching, her role as an instructor allows her to remain knowledgeable in the industry therefore providing a strong academic foundation to compliment her massage practice.
As a former competitive gymnast and collegiate varsity soccer player, she has developed a passion for helping others of all ages overcome their injuries and improve their overall wellness. She offers treatments that may include myofascial and Swedish techniques, dynamic release, Trigger Point therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation stretching (PNF) if needed. She believes that in combination with massage; patient education and exercise are important factors for a pain-free lifestyle.
Dr. Vanessa Testaguzza – Naturopathic Doctor
Dr. Vanessa Testaguzza completed her Naturopathic medical training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. She also holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Toronto in Nutritional Science and Neuroscience.
Dr. Vanessa’s goal is to educate and guide her patients to reach their ultimate health goals. She aims to optimize her patient’s health by addressing diet, and lifestyle, among other factors, to prevent the development of disease. Dr. Vanessa uses a variety of
treatment modalities including botanical medicine, traditional Chinese medicine (acupuncture and cupping), nutritional and lifestyle counselling. She can also conduct laboratory testing for patients as needed.
Dr. Vanessa was a member of the paediatric shift during her clinical training and has gained a special interest in treating paediatric patients. Her other interests include digestive health, women’s health, prenatal and maternal care. She is happy to address a variety of other medical concerns.
Dr. Erica Arcuri – Naturopathic Doctor
Erica is a Naturopathic Doctor passionate about all things skin, gut and hormones.
Her approach to treatment is simple - ensure proper nutrition, asses lab work and functional testing for any internal imbalances and develop a custom treatment plan using this information. Dr. Connie Pugliese – Naturopathic Doctor
Dr. Connie Pugliese ND graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Kinesiology & Health Science in 1998. Her interest in health and wellness led her to the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) where she received her Diploma in 2002. She also completed her Bowen Therapy training that same year.
Connie is currently an instructor with Bowen College Inc. and has also worked at CCNM as a teaching assistant for various courses. Connie has furthered her studies to obtain her parenteral intravenous therapy certificate and is in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. She has been a Medical Director and Trainer with VitamindripTM since 2012.
Breanna Quinto – Acupuncturist
Breanna is an honours graduate in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture and Certified Kinesiology Tape Specialist. Her perspective is holistic, to view each individual as a universal whole, a being in entirety. Breanna believes that being able to enhance the body’s natural function to heal itself, is a fulfilling way of treatment.
Breanna values the idea to also use food as medicine and that the choices we make each and every day, will manifest into how we look, how we think, and how we feel. These choices can begin to take a toll on our body, depending on how we choose to fuel our vessel. As a Registered Acupuncturist, Breanna’s goal is to guide you towards a balanced lifestyle. She will work through all of your imbalances; whether it be migraines, an acne flare-up or infertility issue, she can work through it with you.

Dr. Elahi Mahmood – Medical Doctor
Dr. Mahmood Elahi is a General Practitioner with a wide range of clinical experience including emergency medicine, surgical assisting, addiction medicine and family practice. As an active delegate with the Canadian Red Cross, he has served on several international deployments.
Dr. Elahi has been performing office based procedures for close to three decades. After completing undergraduate studies at Victoria College and Universite Laval, he obtained his MD from the University of Toronto's Faculty of Medicine. He went on to do his internship at the former Doctors Hospital in downtown Toronto. He is currently on staff at the Humber River Regional Hospital.
